*Relevant Experience Required:About 3 to 6 years of experience in packaging of sensors, Plastic & sheet metal bracket Design. Must have had worked with Global Companies (German OEMs/Tier 1s preferred)Skill Requirements: past experience on working with vehicle development process 3D/2D data construction in UG NX & PLM ability to make packaging concepts past experience in sheet metal & plastic design Manufacturing feasibility - Tooling know how awareness on documentation - Release management process experience working with electromechanical sensors ability to co-relate technical requirements to packaging situations collaboration with stakeholders (external/internal) Technical Skills: knowhow and technical experience on ADAS sensors (cameras, ultrasonic sensors, RADARs, LiDAR) knowhow on regulatory requirements applicable for ADAS (Ex - FMVSS) Ability to interpret simulation results and estimate technical degradation knowhow on error budgeting and ability to estimate degradations in functions for a selected sensor position Basic knowhow on EMI/EMC and expertize in packaging to minimize interferences Technical knowhow on basic electrical requirements and its co-relation to sensor packagingExperience : 3 to 6 YearsGerman Language will be an added advantage.Job Responsibilities:Define sensor packaging requirements (form & fit in order to meet functionality) & work with sensor suppliers to achieve the same Define & convert functional requirements into 3D functional boxes in CAD for each sensor type Interface with stakeholders to secure best functional positions Interface with suppliers to estimate the functional degradation/risks for the sensor positions and co-ordinate with stakeholders Define and secure sensor positions along each phase of the MDS Co-ordinate and collaborate to validate the sensor positions through simulations to digitally validate the functional performances Support & validate actual test data with digital evaluations and take corrective actions, if any Actively support to identify root cause for any reported field/EOL failures and take necessary actions if related to packaging, *Education & Training:B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech (Mechanical/Automotive)
