    • Prepare project documentation along with product vendor and Merck SMEs
    • Preparing Training Materials for end users
    • Assist in planning network and infrastructure requests along with Merck IT
    • Work with product vendor on below activities
      • Installation and qualification Empower servers and local clients
      • Participate in configuration of Empower settings
      • Setup structure of projects
      • Setup users role privileges and groups
      • Verification of equipment firmware
      • Installation and configuration equipment drivers
      • Creation and tests backup and recovery SOP s
      • IQ / OQ execution
    • Business analyst activities (support of Business requirement generation, functional specification, Business consulting)
    • Process optimization, governance and change control
    Qualification, Skills & Experience: You hold a Bachelors degree in a computer system, engineer or Technical graduation.
    • 4+ years of LABIT Applications Service Management, support and administration experience in Empower CDS and NuGenesis SDMS
    • Implementation and Maintenance experiences in Laboratory Informatics environments is must
    • OpenLAB CDS experience is an added advantage
    • Expertise with GxP/GMP Knowledge
    • Experience in Service Management, ITIL framework - Proficient understanding of GMP, 21CFRPart1 and related regulations associated with Pharmaceutical product manufacturing
    • Customer friendly personality with strong analytical capabilities and strong process orientation
    • Effective written and verbal communication skills in English
