Job Description

    • Project Role :Service Management Practitioner
    • Project Role Description :Support the central operations of the Outsourcing Account Delivery team in managing resources, projects, and budgets to meet both the goals of these teams and clients served.

    • Job Requirements :
        • Key Responsibilities : 1 Triage an incident based on service delivery experience 2 Manage Infrastructure and Application events that cause business disruption 3 Work with multiple stake holders in the project Understand the situation 4 Take lead role of driving resolution, working with various groups involved in service restoration, ensure that right level of support is extracted across all groups including technology providers like Microsoft, Cisco, EMC, SAP, Oracle etc 5 Document root cause analysis RCA
        • Technical Experience : 1 Good exposure to all the phases of Software Development Life Cycle SDLC spanning across designing, development and testing of high quality software 2 Knowledge of Application development, DevOps methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, change and release management controls 3 Awareness in handling code design, construction, testing, debugging, version control and documentation 4 Functional knowledge of one or more industry verticals/market segments like Banking, Airlines, Ecommerce, Energy
        • Professional Attributes : 1 Good understanding of IT systems both Infrastructure and Applications 2 Has experience working in technical areas encompassing various layers of Web and mobile applications such as User Interface HTML, CSS, Java, Security solutions, Middleware interfacing SOAP/REST/ /CRM/WebSphere/MQs
      • Educational Qualification : Any Graduation
