Job Description

    Service Desk International Voice - Chennai/Pune/Bangalore/MumbaiPosition Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Service Desk Representative in our Chennai office. As a Service Desk International Voice representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support and technical assistance to clients located across the globe. Your primary objective will be to resolve customer queries, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.Responsibilities:1.Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, or chat, providing prompt and efficient technical support.2.Answer incoming customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding products, services, and technical issues.3.Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems reported by customers, utilizing available resources and tools.4.Document all customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in a ticketing system or customer relationship management (CRM) software.5.Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate teams or senior technicians for further investigation and resolution.6.Ensure timely resolution of customer issues by adhering to established service level agreements (SLAs).7.Provide proactive communication to customers regarding the status of their inquiries or reported issues.8.Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by effectively managing customer expectations and delivering superior customer service.9.Collaborate with other team members and departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall service delivery.10.Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and best practices to effectively address customer inquiries and provide accurate information.Qualifications:1.Any Bachelor Degree.2.Previous experience in a similar customer service or technical support role is highly desirable.3.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with a neutral accent and good phone etiquette.4.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.contact: hidden_email
