Job Description

Must have:

  • Being able to contribute towards architectural requirements in the form of processes, best practices, providing technical direction to the team.
  • Sales force Developer certificate.
  • Understanding of UX and UI design principles.
  • Strong web development skills including CSS, JavaScript, HTML5, XML is preferred
  • Well Versed in Salesforce Lightning.
  • Extensive experience developing Lightning Components - both within the Salesforce Lightning Design System and by writing custom Lightning Components in JavaScript within the Aura framework.
  • Has led several projects including Lightning components
  • Custom development - using JavaScript, APEX coding and Visual Force.
  • Extensive understanding of the Salesforce.com data model and how and when to create custom objects, junction objects, trigger development and other model items.
  • Build integration and interfaces using SFDC Web Services API
  • Hands on design, solutioning and architecting experience in at least 3 projects
  • Hands on experience in grooming and scaling up work force atleast 2-10 team members
  • Hands on experience in setting up Solution and Org and has performed versioning of these orgs
  • Hands on experience in setting up SF DX or other forms of CI CD project pipeline atleast 1 large project implementation experience
  • Contribution to Salesforce developer community reusable components/apps etc at least 3
  • Well versed with Security and Performance aspects of Salesforce development has hands on implementation experience
  • Has hands on experience in developing and integrating with APIs REST and SOAP understands various security principles involved
Good to have:
  • Has participated in solution definition phases, interacted with business analyst, can contribute to functional requirement gathering.
  • Worked on Web Technologies like JQuery, JSON, AngularJS, Node.js and familiarity with Responsive Web Design.
