Job Description

*Requirements and Qualifications Primary Skill requirement

  • A degree in Computer Science, IT, Systems Engineering, or related qualification.
  • 2 to 4 years of working experience with Salesforce platform - Development / Configuration / Support
  • Proficiency in configuration and customization in Salesforce.com, Apex and Visual force technologies.
  • Must have good understanding of Overall SFDC Architecture & landscape.
  • Must have good work experience in Reports and Dashboards.
  • Must have good knowledge in SFDC configuration, customization
  • Must be able to manage interactions with various stake holders across multiple countries.
  • Provide support where needed for both internal and external customers.
  • Be actively involved with the operational delivery and UAT if required for new
  • product and feature releases
  • Ensure that all customer inquiries and issues are solved correctly in a prompt
  • and professional manner
  • Provide a feedback loop to wider staff and customers on resolved and in progress
  • problems and incidents
  • Identify and Implement any necessary preventive measures to reduce customer faults and
  • Issues and recurring problems
  • Review all technical support related processes and documentation for continuous improvement
  • Strong problem solving, analytical skills, troubleshooting and change management.
  • Experience with application monitoring, logging, debugging, and other monitoring tools like Dynatrace, Grafana, Prometheus.
  • Maintaining servers and resolving any issues.
Secondary Skill requirement
    • Experience in Scripting
    • Experience and hands on experience of Webservice testing using PostMan
    • Experience with versioning systems like Git, Bitbucket, and GitHub
    • Strong understanding of core identity and access management concepts and technologies
