Job Description

18988 Singleview Developer (Open)Position Type:Full timeLocation(s):IN.Bangalore.Office1Summary:This job is responsible for designing, developing/configuring, unit testing, debugging and troubleshooting complex software or enhancements to software, related to implementation of standard and custom demonstrations and Proof of Concept (POC) solutions for sales opportunities. Based on use case requirements, delivery a compelling demonstration experience based on a Singleview centric solution that are integrated with other CSG and 3rd party solutions.Position Details:From an overall perspective:

  • Keeps the project management and leads aware of progress and any risks to the delivery commitments.
  • Ensures technical viability of solutions to support frequent use case modifications by identifying, resolving, and mitigating technical issues and risks.
  • Improve the base solution by incorporating improvements from individual demos.
  • Mentors less experienced team members.
For each demonstration perform the following:
  • Clearly understands and communicates use case requirements internally.
  • In a team or independently codes or configures complex software functionality according to functional specifications, to the agreed schedule.
  • Communicates regularly with architects, project team leaders and members to maintain technical integrity of the project.
  • Communicates with pursuit team to obtain information or answer inquiries.
  • May act as technical lead for project.
  • Makes design decisions and defines work tasks for team and assigns tickets to other team members.
  • Assist architects to create work estimates for preparation of demo requests or additions of new feature functionality.
  • Supports technical customer interactions with the Product Owner and Pursuit Team.
  • Unit tests code and debugs accordingly.
  • Coordinates issues, updates, and fixes with the team.
  • Supports system and solution integration testing of the overall demo solution and provides timely resolutions to problems encountered.
  • Assists in Release Management, Configuration Management, Build Management, Stream Management and Ticket Management as required into the multiple environments.
