3 to 4 years in projects department of mid-scale company.Need to understand detailed project scope. Collecting the relevant approved documents, drawings, specification from head officeHandling entire site documentation and compliances required for smooth execution of Site activities. Getting all the necessary site permission viz. gate pass, Medical & safety regulation, WC & Police verification etc from concern authorities.Attending daily/weekly site meetings along with CustomerUpdating the project progress on daily basis to Head OfficeTeamwork management- Manpower, tools and tackles, equipment, consumables, etcNeed to do site study as and when requiredWould be responsible for entire site mobilisationLooking forward for continuous improvement especially related to Cost, Quality and Customer SatisfactionMaking affordable accommodation & local travelling arrangements for the entire team available at site.Helping purchase team in developing the local vendorsTimely escalation of site issues, excess supplied materials, material shortages & damages and customer queries & concernsReceipt and effective storage of material on site viz. Project material, Tools, Tackles, consumables and EquipmentsSubmitting the invoices to customer and getting the GRN done from customerTimely Material reconciliationUnderstanding and preparing project execution schedules to meet the expected deadlines.Should be ready with Catch Up Plan/ Plan BWorking closely with Project Engineer stationed at Head Office till hand over of projectRequired Knowledge:
