Job Description

    SoC DFT Design Engineer Job DescriptionIntels Custom Compute Group (XCC) is part of the Accelerated Computing Systems and Graphics Group (AXG), and is chartered to provide custom and differentiated silicon/platform solutions to our customers for emerging use-cases and in new and strategic segments. XCC is looking for a highly motivated SoC DFT Design Engineer to work on SoCs for Blockchain applications and other cutting edge technologies. Responsibilities include: - Scan, Memory BIST and Boundary Scan insertion - ATPG for coverage analysis and pattern simulations - RTL/Gate level simulations to run ATPG/MBIST/BSCAN patternsQualifications You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Education: Bachelors Degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or a related field and 4+ years of experience; OR a Masters degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering and 2+ years of experience Minimum Qualifications: - Hands on experience on Mentor Tessent DFT tools - Familiarity with Tessent Shell, iJTAG, ICL and PDL - Pattern generation experience for ATE Post Silicon - Proficiency in scripting languages like PERL/TCL/Python Preferred Qualifications: - Prior experience with handling multiple TAP controllersInside this Business Group The focus of Accelerated Computing Systems and Graphics (AXG) is to accelerate our execution in strategic growth areas of high-performance computing and graphics.
