Job Description

    Hi Team,As discussed, we open a Non Voice Hiring at BNG HRO as well. Please pick all your previous rejects and see how many profiles can be alligned post Typing and Grammar Assessment is done.
    • Total requirement: 6 HC is required -(Social Media)
    • JD: Attached
    • CTC: 26K Per month
    • Closure date: 20th May
    • Working Model: WFO
    • Lineup candidates from Bangalore only.
    • As per business requirements, the employees would be expected to work for 6 days a week.
    • Transportation will be provided to WFO Pool until any further update.
    We can hire both Grad and UG however person needs to have an exp in Customer Service and Social Media preferably. Additionally can we also look at the pool with 1 year experience in Social media management & overall experience of 2 + years in Customer service.Brief: As a Social Care Executive, youll be responsible for evaluation of customer queries/complaints, timely/ effective response management, and partnership with cross-functional teams to resolve issues across our social platforms. This role requires work from office and candidates should be willing to work across all shifts (24x7 support process).Roles & responsibilities
    • Reviewing social media posts and responding within the agreed first response timeline.
    • Monitoring customers engagement and feedback on every post.
    • Creating/personalising written pieces that are sharp, memorable, and effective at prompting customers to take action.
    • Optimising content for different platforms.
    • Collaborating with various teams to resolve queries/concerns and to contain viral posts
    • Monitoring social media metrics.
    Skills and Experience
    • 2-4 years of social media engagement experience
    • A keen eye for details and resolution orientation
    • Problem-solving skills
    • Strong written communication skills with a deep understanding of grammar nuances
    • Editing and proofreading skills
    • Customer orientation with the ability to multitask
