Job Description

We are looking for a senior Architect to join the newly setup Payments System Team in Bangalore . You will working closely with global teams to provid e mobile payment products for Japan market , and working on cutting-edge technologies and algorithms in order to improve system architecture. In this position, you will interact with engineers to provide the highest service quality to all our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Drive new architecture for the p ayments platform
  • Build a technology roadmap for the products
  • D rive technical projects and lead in an innovative and fast-paced environment
  • T ak e responsibility for the overall planning, execution and success of technical projects
  • Research , evaluate, and implement new technologies / tools to maximize development efficiency and productivity
  • Partner closely with product manager/s to create, drive and deliver innovative, compelling and user-friendly products.
  • Provide deep technical insights to product management and engineering teams

Minimum Qualifications

  • 15 years of experience in providing architecture solutions with virtualization, scalability, capacity modeling, c loud-native services
  • S trong hands on experience with mobile payments like using QR codes, Digital Wallets etc.
  • Deep knowledge and understanding of mobile payments area including current and future trends
  • Hands-on experience with cloud stack - GCP, AWS, Azure etc.
  • Demonstrated skills in designing and implementing large scale complex system solutions
  • Experience with Java, JEE ecosystem solutions including deployment servers like GlassFish, Payara, WebLogic etc.
  • Experience in creating SOAP / RESTful microservices using frameworks like spring boot
  • Experience in orchestration/configuration services such as Kubernetes, Docker Swarm, Chef etc.
  • Out of box thinking for solving problems
  • Strong knowledge and proven experience with security
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in migration of monolith system to microservices
  • Experience in leading team of architects
