You are a customer-obsessed technical leader with sharp business acumen and a track record of building and growing engineering teams. If you are passionate about creating the future, come join us as we work hard, have fun, and make history., 7+ years of experience working directly within engineering teams Experience partnering with product OR program management teams 3+ years of people management experience, managing engineers 3+ years of experience architecting and designing (architecture, design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and current systems 7+ years of relevant engineering experience 3+ years of people management experience, managing engineers Experience in partnering with product and program management teams Bachelor s degree in computer science or related technical field Proven experience in project management of complex deliverables with limited resources Experience in hiring and developing engineering talent A track record of shipping analytics software that operates on large data stores (10s of TBs per analysis instance) Experience with big data technologies such as Spark, Amazon EMR, Amazon Redshift and Amazon Athena Knowledge of professional software engineering practices and the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations Knowledge of statistical analysis and/or machine learning Experience with Agile software development, for example Scrum or Kanban Experience in advertising technology Experience in collaborating with or managing data science teams. Deep hands-on technical expertise Familiarity with big data technologies
