Job Title: Software Engineer 2Work Location: BangaloreThe team Client Product Group is responsible for building and delivering manageability software for Enterprise Client line of business (eg. Laptops, Workstations, Desktops etc.). Working at the cutting edge, we design and develop software for platforms, peripherals, applications and diagnostics all with the most advanced technologies, tools, software engineering methodologies and the collaboration of internal and external partners.Join us as a Software Engineer 2 on our Engineering Development team in Bangalore to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact.What you ll achieve As a Software Engineer, you will be responsible for the design and development activities associated with software using a range of applicable technologies (e.g., programming languages, compilers, assemblers, debuggers, other tools) for products used in local, networked or Internet-related computer programs.You will:
• Participate in the software development lifecycle, which includes research, new development, modification, security, correction of errors, reuse, re-engineering and maintenance of software products
• Prepare written specifications for tasks of varied complexity from verbal requirements.
• Create technical documentation of software products/solutions.
• Assist with the development and review of end user and technical end user documentation.
• Make changes to system software to correct errors in the original implementation and creates extensions to existing programs to add new features or performance improvements.

• 2 to 5 years experience in C#, .NET, WCF and WPF and leading software design and development effort.
• Good knowledge of programming languages, operating systems; firmware; BIOS; device drivers; databases; system, network and application administration; embedded software/firmware.
• Ability to code/debug moderately sophisticated programs using design specifications.
• Knowledge of software architectures and applications and agile methodologies.
Desirable Requirements
• Bachelor s degree.
• Knowledge of server, storage, networking and client technologies.
