----------------- This role is for a motivated and talented individual to work as an L3 Analyst in Global Trade area in CIB Technology. This role primarily focuses on Client Facing as well as Application Support function, expected to provide L3 level of application support for Supply Chain Financing application.Provide L3 level of support for Middle Office, Operations and Front office global teams. Ownership till closure of all issues raised, at agreed service levels. Strong ability to troubleshoot application defects. Ability to collaborate and manage strong relationship with all technology stakeholders. Participate in and manage Incident Management and Problem Management processes to resolve Production issues and root cause analysis, resolution, and reporting. Delivering JPMC initiative and process improvement projects on time and in-scope. Help to maintain a knowledge base of known defects, issues, process, techniques etc. Update and manage problem tickets appropriately. Provide coverage which may require working in shifts and occasionally including weekend work. Review production changes and adhere to change management guidelines. Learn and be proficient with advanced user configuration options. Plan, participate in application upgrades, releases, sustained resiliency, disaster recovery, high availability events.Required Skills : ----------------- Bachelor s degree, preferably in Computer Science and/or Engineering Strong troubleshooting skills with Unix and Windows platform 5+ years of experience in Perl and shell scripting Strong knowledge of ETL systems Exposure to Messaging Technologies (preferably IBM MQ) and MQ based systems Technical Skills - Sybase, Oracle, SQL skills, WebSphere, Apache, Spring framework, J2EE etc Should be familiar with various tools such as Autosys, GENEOS, Sitescope, Splunk, Dynatrace, Control M, Jules, Auto Pilot etc Knowledge of Web based applications / architecture (certificates, IIS, Web Services) Knowledge of common DBA tasks, IT processes, including ITIL, Agile and SDLC Knowledge of Cloud based environment support and monitoring2020 JPMorgan Chase & Co.
