The candidate must be able to translate business needs into effective technical solutions. Must have an in-depth understanding of the software development lifecycle and be able to communicate project status, issues, and resolutions.Responsibilities:

• Apply full system development life cycle methodology. Define, design, develop, test, deploy and maintain complex systems to meet the business requirements.
• Work in a highly regulated environment. Working knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Computers Systems Validation (CSV), and the level of documentation that is required.
• Serve as a resident expert in SQL DB and .NET technologies
• Collaborate with internal IT colleagues, IT management, and other stakeholders to deliver timely, sustainable, compliant solutions.
• Deliver to commitments on-time and in a quality manner.
• Deal with ambiguity and drive results in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
• Comply with company Global IT Policies & Procedures.
• Deliver complex messages in a style that is simple and easy to understand and appropriate for the audience.
• Build customer allegiance by actively seeking information to understand customers circumstances, problems, expectations, and needs.
• Build/maintain rapport and cooperative relationships with local and remote colleagues.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

• Associates Degree in Computer Science, equivalent work experience acceptable.
• Relevant technical certificates a plus.
• 6+ years of related technical work experience.
• Strong Knowledge of SQL Development ability to write and troubleshoot SQL Code and design (stored procs, functions, tables, views, triggers, indexes, constraints ). Experience in Performance Tuning, Query Optimization, using Performance Monitor, SQL Profiler, and other related monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft and relational database technologies in the desktop application and client-server environment, including .NET Framework 2.0/3.5/4.0, VB.NET, C#, and WCF.
• Strong skills in object-oriented design and design patterns, and programming skills.
• Strong analytical skills and experience in one of the areas of biotechnology, clinical services, supply chain management, Order management.
• Strong interpersonal and excellent documentation skills are a must.
• Able to assume and complete assignments independently.
• Ability to explain and champion technical concepts to a broad audience.
• Advanced knowledge in creating and maintaining management level and detailed project plans utilizing Microsoft products.
• Strong analytical and project management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into the application and operational requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
