We have been recognized twice as one of fastest growing private companies of USA.The Role:We are looking for talented JavaScript engineers who have a specialty in React.js. Your primary focus will be developing user interface components and implementing them following well-known React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux). You will ensure that these components and the overall application are robust, and easy to maintain and implement. You will coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the platformKey Responsibilities:
• Developing new customer-facing features using React.js and other frameworks where required
• Store reusable components in component libraries and surface them with Storybook
• Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices (iOS and Android) and browsers (Firefox, Chrome, and Edge)
• Work with product team and graphic designers to produce pixel-perfect user interfaces using CSS and pre-processors
• Ensure all code is error-free using unit testing and collaboration with QA and Product
• Partnering with the UX team, contribute to user interaction discussions to enhance the look-and- feel of Definitive Healthcare platforms
• Create software build pipelines using Azure DevOps, ensuring all packages are collected from correct sources as expected at build time using NPM, lerna and yarn.
• Ensure applications are appropriate secured using common authentication and authorization methods, such as SSO and JSON Web Tokens (JWT)
Information Security related responsibilities
• Closely work with MR/CISO for all information security related activities of the function.
• Implement / maintain functions information security policies by proactively involving in the activities where security is an agenda.
• Translate business and Information Security needs and integrate it with functional process and procedure.
• Create and maintain the applicable information security control documents
• Responsible for Information security and information assurance of the function.
• Responsible for Information regulatory compliance in consultation with the finance and legal team.
• Responsible for information risk management of the function.
• Responsible for identity and access management within the purview of the respective function.
• Report security weaknesses and events or potential events or other security risks to the CISO/ISO teams.
• Interface with external agencies for information security audits and trainings in consultation with senior management.
• Coordinate with admin department for organizing and effectively implementing emergency response related programs.
• Will work with Crisis Coordinator to ensure that the information security controls are effectively used during the complete life cycle of BC/DR situations.
Skills Required:
• 5+ years of experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux)
• Proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
• Proficiency in core web fundamentals: HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
• CSS preprocessors like Sass or LESS
• Working understanding of React.js and its core principles
• Some experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux)
• Unit testing tools such as jest, chai, mocha
• Understanding of software version management (Git)
• Experience with Storybook
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and HTTP interactions
• Familiarity of JS-based build tools like Grunt, Webpack and Gulp, package management (NPM, lerna, yarn & yarn workspaces)
