About Role: As a member of our Commercial Bank Technology team, you will dive head-first into creating innovative solutions that advance businesses and careers. You ll join an inspiring and curious team of technologists dedicated to develop core business platform involving design, analytics, development, coding, testing and application programming that goes into creating high quality software and new products. You ll be tasked with keeping the team and other key stakeholders up to speed on the progress of what s being developed. Coming in with an understanding of the importance of end-to-end software development-such as Agile frameworks-is key. And best of all, you ll be working with and sharing ideas, information and innovation with our global team of technologists from all over the world.This role based out of Bangalore requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:Advanced knowledge of application, data and infrastructure architecture disciplinesUnderstanding of architecture and design across all systems Working proficiency in developmental toolsetsAbility to collaborate with high-performing teams and individuals throughout the firm to accomplish common goalsProficiency in one or more general purpose programming languagesUnderstanding of software skills such as business analysis, development, maintenance and software improvement Qualifications Key Responsibilities Must have hands-on experience in all aspects of native cloud engineering techniques with a blend of proven delivery experience in scalable, reliable and highly performant platforms. Master level experience in preventing performance, security & ux issues during design phases in Agile sprints. Very good hands on knowledge on DevOps implementation to continuous validate key technology kpi and overall quality of software systems. Design, code, test, implement, maintain and support applications software that is delivered on time and within budgetWork with requirements which may not be available to the last level of detailWork independently with very little supervisionYou will be working with and sharing ideas, information and innovation with our global team of technologists from all over the worldTechnical skillsMinimum 6-8 years of Full stack development experience with a focus on Java based applications on large/medium sized projects and 5+ years in architecting and designing low latency systems.Experience in React preferable but Angular is also fineProven experience in building/enhancing business critical systems.Experience on APIs and communication mechanisms like Kafka, MQExperience on Cloud and big data platforms is desirable,
