Job Description

    Senior ETL Developer EXPERIENCE : 10+ years COMPETENCY PROFILE
    • Strong in Data warehousing and ETL concepts. Minimum 10+ years of hands on experience working ETL tools like IBM Datastage (preferably) ,Informatica ,etc.
    • Proficiency in RDBMS in Oracle 12c, SQL and PL/SQL, optimization, performance tuning in Oracle Database 19c.
    • Strong/Moderate UNIX shell scripting and scheduling tools like Autosys.
    • Should have a strong background in code improvement and optimization.
    • Proven ability to multi-task with rapidly-changing work priorities
    • Ensures adherence to agreed quality assurance and release management procedures for the design, build, testing, integration and support of software.
    • Be able to drive initiatives and deliver independently.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Good interpersonal skills.
    • Have a positive approach to work and to fellow team members.
    • Ability to provide solutions to a tight deadline.
    • Good prioritization and time management.
    • Proven analytical, planning, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
    • Financial services work experience and hands on experience on IBM Messaging Queues is a strong advantage.
    • Exposure to Java technologies is an advantage.
    KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
    • Candidate will be responsible for working in global team environment taking care of developing new ETL functionalities and end to end.
    • Candidate will also be responsible for responding to end user enquiries and take care of new BAU enhancements.
    • Should be able to understand and analyze business requirements and provide optimized solutions.
