Must continuously enhance and own development processes to ensure the quality of products and codeResponsible for career, skill development, coaching, and mentoring of direct reportsQualifications:Degree in Computer Science or a related field10+ years of strong technology background is required with exposure to Architecture & Design4+ years of experience in software product development management or delivery management roles, managing direct reportsDemonstrate understanding of SaaS platforms including but not limited to Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Pardot technologies Dev / Ops demonstrated preferred skills in managing dev/ops in a complex salesforce environment Agile preferred experience in developing/delivering salesforce in an agile environment managing parallel sprintsStrong People Management skills leading mid-size teamsDemonstrated ability to hire, develop and retain top talentStrong organizational skills and management techniquesExcellent oral and written communication skills
