Job Description

*Job DescriptionMercedes Benz Research & Development India (a subsidiary of Mercedes Benz AG) is looking for young and enthusiastic professionals with experience in the area of Software Integartion for the State of the Art Mercedes Benz Operating System for Automated Driving.RoleLooking for dynamic experience team lead to help drive SW integration of ADAS system, Build system setup and maintenance, SW integration test environment setup and integration process.In this position you will play role of product owner and lead a team of SW architect, verification and validation engineer and system integration team. This team will have responsibility to maintain CI/CD pipeline. In this position you will develop, manage and drive End to end execution of SW integration, Build setup, worst case analysis, safety validation throughout product development lifecycle and delivery stages. We are looking for somebody who is experienced in AGILE framework, Test management, continuous delivery management, flexible, and can respond quickly, energetically and ready to change.Desired technical Skill.

  • Good experience on ADAS Integration and test automation.
  • Proven experience in Atlasssian tools to develop, Manage and V&V activities.
  • Sound Know-how on SDLC (V-cycle), release management, COnfiguration management
  • Working knowledge of ISO 26262 functional safety and applied it in the development of high-integrity software.
  • Proven working knowledge of automotive technologies, standards and protocols (e.g. CAN, Automotive ethernet, OSEK, UDS-ISO 14229)
  • Use of a range of test methods and tools including unit/module testing, debuggers, communication bus analysers and system testing
  • Good understanding on bazel and cmake based build system and tool chain.
  • Good understanding in CLASSIC and ADAPTIVE AUTOSAR SW stack.
  • Good hand on in Canoe, Can analyzer, Vector toolchain.
Management Skill
  • Proven experience as a technical manager who can manage and prepare prepare project status, Sprint meeting, backlog grooming, status compilation for counterparts and management, risk identification, change management, release management and defect tracking.
  • Experience using collaboration and team management applications; Microsoft Teams, Slack, SharePoint or
  • Understanding of SW development processes and test validation. Strong software development background
  • Track record of shipping products and managing them through the entire product life cycle
  • Understands and deals well with rapid development cycles/Agile development models
  • Remain calm and flexible in times of ambiguity
  • Good Communication and presentation skill.
  • Excellent interpersonal skill including the ability t work with diverse teams and interact, influence, collaborate and negotiate effectively at all level of managements.
Qualifications
  • Masters or Bachelors in Engineering with 10 to 12 years of experience in Automotive Software Development & Integration
