Job Description

    Position Summary: We are seeking to hire a Master Data Management (MDM) Solution Architect. The MDM Solution Architect is responsible for the successful design and delivery of MDM solutions and services in a client consulting environment. Roles & Responsibilities:
    • Delegate tasks to the team and ensure they understand duties
    • Monitor team productivity, mentoring and guiding individuals as necessary
    • Lead and participate in the conceptual phases of identifying and solving business problems and initiatives
    • Define design, modeling and continuous delivery methodologies
    • Consult with architecture, development, infrastructure and operational teams to address issues relating to application architecture and recommend solutions
    • Work with others to evaluate emerging technologies and drive the evolution of current technologies, increasing the
    • value of technology to the business, while collaborating
    • Create and maintain logical and physical data models by enforcing best practices to ensure high data quality and reduced redundancy
    • Create reusable composable modular libraries that can be reused to solve complex business requirements
    • Integration with user-facing elements as well as enterprise systems to provide relevant data with sustainable abstraction and encapsulation principle enforced on them
    • Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and date gathering techniques
    Required Skills & Experience:
    • Minimum 7 years progressive experience
    • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems or related degree
    • Experience developing at least one MDM-PIM project; Knowledge of MDM - PIM tools; Knowledge of Python, Java, JavaScript, SQL; Knowledge of Oracle, SQL Server
