This Position is for a role in the NBFC : a young and fast growing company part of the Red Fort Capital platform. The NBFC has completed several deals and targets a total return of 14%+ IRR on it s Senior Role: Sr Accountant for Red Fort s NBFC Location: Based in New Delhi. Required to visit Varanasi (Monthly Visits) Bachelor or higher degree in Accounting & Finance Must be CA or ICWA or MBA (Finance) Ability to handle / supervise Accounts/ Finance of School/ Trust Concepts of Accounts & Finance should be very clear. Thorough knowledge of all compliances i. e. IndAS, GAAP, INCOME TAX, Companies Act, Fema and GST. Good hand on accounting software s i. e. Tally ERP-9, QuickBooks, etc. 5-7+ years accounting/ finance experience required NBFC or Finance Company Experience Preferred Major Responsibilities: Preparation & closure of monthly financial statements i. e P&L;, Cash flow statements & Balance sheets. Ability to handle & manage and ensuring day to day work is finished daily. Prepare monthly account reconciliations and analyze financial statements. Report on variances. Plan and manage financial and tax audits and respond to reports independently. Independently prepare direct & indirect tax returns and corporate reporting requirements. Analyze revenues, commissions, reimbursements and expenses to ensure they are recorded appropriately. Look on daily cash balance not be more than 50-60k bracket & excess cash balance must be deposit in bank 2 Any expenditure more than Rs. 1, 00, 000 / -, will be immediately noted & reported. Liaison with all external agencies like Banks, CA firms if required. Document and monitoring of internal controls Must be loyal, trustworthy towards our responsibilities & Reporter.
