As Sr. Brand Marketing Manager for Amazon.in (A.in), you will have a remarkable opportunity to position A.in the preferred online shopping platform for the fast growing base of digitally aware & capable consumers in India as they look to start their online shopping journey. You will be responsible for developing and executing the consumer marketing strategies backed by sharp customer insight driving shopping behavior change and adoption of Online Shopping. You will achieve this by identifying the right opportunity consumer-segments (geos, pop-strata, cohorts) and building in-depth understanding of these potential consumers, identifying their barriers, triggers, needs and motivations to adopt online shopping platforms. You will bring your proven creative, analytical and project management capabilities to imagine, plan, implement and optimize compelling marketing campaigns that drive brand & business KPIs - both. XCM is responsible for creative strategy, creative development, campaign management and Mass media strategies in offline & digital media. The XCM team works closely with the product and business teams to ensure optimization of brand and product messaging and spends across all marketing channels. This role will report to the Sr. Marketing Manager, Brand Marketing in the XCM team. This role will be based out of Bangalore.Key Responsibilities -- Strategize, develop and execute marketing interventions for A.in retail platform- Develop accurate projects priorities, schedules & execution of Mass marketing campaigns.- Partner with creative agencies, research and media partners to create integrated marketing plans- Responsible for the local market segment, competition, global trends and consumer analysis that help you determine your marketing strategy.- Be a thought leader and work closely with product and business leadership to create the strategy of Voice controlled devices for our Indian customer.- Propose, analyze & summarize consumer & shopper research to drive insights, 7+ years in consumer marketing Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising or related field is preferred Demonstrated extensive experience in marketing strategy & Campaign Mix development, managing pan-India projects with multiple stakeholders and shown proven expertise in performance measurement and execution. Experience on working with cross functional teams, with demonstrated examples of influencing key stakeholders with data driven and insightful points of view.Consumer Marketing experience in FMCG/Tech Industry preferred Strong data driven marketing skills, with demonstrated ability to dive deep into customer data and translate findings into actionable customer insights and powerful marketing programs. Strong analytical skills and exposure to various consumer research methodologies Self-starter comfortable with ambiguity, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Must be comfortable working both at the strategic level and diving deep into implementation as needed (managing campaigns, writing business requirements and analyzing data). You will show hustle, take ownership and help foster a high-energy, high-performance culture. Highly effective written skills honed to develop thoughtful, strategic and detailed documents that can persuade senior leaders of the effectiveness of the team s proposed plans.
