Job Description

    Experience : 15+ YearsLocation : BangaloreSalary : Industry StandardsClient Name : ITC InfoTechEducation : B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech & MBA PreferableSkills : Windchill PLM, PLM Implementation, Functional Consultant, PTC Windchill SuitePriority : HighDescription : Description:As a Windchill Process/Functional Consultant, you will be working on client projects involving implementing PLM software in their organization.You would need to understand the business drivers and the identify areas which would benefit most from the implementation including ROI.You will be required to identify and document current processes, analyze them and suggest a future state and have a buy in from the end user community.Conduct Workshops to gather user requirements and functionalists and generate the functional specification document.Work with the Solution Architect /Offshore Project Manager to define and drive validation strategies. Example: user acceptance testing and post-implementation validation.You should be able to identify gaps in the solution and design solutions to bridge these gaps.You will help the customer organization in change management by suggesting change management strategies and suggesting models for the same. You will also provide role based change documents to help the users in adoption.Desired Profile:Should have worked in the Industry for 10 number of years.Should have played the role of a functional consultant in a PLM implementation.Experience in being part of IT Projects in an enterprise environment preferably in PLM implementations.Expert in design process in Engineering including the dependency of suppliers, vendors, manufacturing, post sale service.Logical mindset with proven analytically ability is a must for this roleYou should have excellent communication , presentation and interpersonal skillsA self starter who can work independently without direct supervisionFunctional knowledge of Windchill is an added plus.Apply Now,
