Product Managers are the builders on Amazon! They own building new features, tools, processes and businesses for amazon. The product manager is building innovative solutions to serve urgent and time sensitive grocery and packaged food needs. The product manager develops understanding the needs (stated or unstated) of customers and coming up with creative and often visionary solutions.Prime Now team is looking for a proven Sr. Product Manager to lead product roadmap, innovation and enhancements for innovative solutions in Grocery space. To be successful in this role you should have a deep product management background, experience in owning products with high impact and defining short and long-term strategy and vision. You should possess strong business acumen with strategic, analytical, and critical thinking. You should understand the product and software life cycle to drive teams towards business solutions and drive strategic communications across organizations providing clarity in decisions.In this role, You will closely work with engineering, stakeholders, operations team and senior leadership teams to deliver features and products. You will manage delivery of current product enhancements concurrently with future product visioning and planning. As a Sr. Product Manager, you will gather functional requirements from stakeholders and partner teams, develop business strategies, prioritize product roadmaps based on impact and benefits. You will be the single threaded owner for a suite of products that will address delivery experience goals and value. You will actively identify and resolve strategic issues that may impair the team s ability to meet strategic, financial, and technical goals. You will use data and critical thinking to drive alignment across senior leaders on your product vision. You will pay strong attention to details and end-to-end ownership. Must be able to think creatively, deal with ambiguity, and manage changing priorities. You will influence peers and stakeholders in other functions to achieve the operational and business goals assigned.This position is an individual contributor role based out of Bangalore, India., MBA from Tier 1 B-School with 6+ years of work experience with at least 3 years of experience working in product/program management or driving new initiatives and projects. Passion for customer experience, and proven ability to identify and implement UX best practices. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where tactical and strategic initiatives are driven in parallel. Experience in overseeing roadmap strategy and definition. Strong process definition and optimization skills; proven ability to define effective, efficient, and scalable processes and drive continuous improvement through root cause identification and defect elimination. Experience in a results-oriented environment with cross functional interactions. Strong analytical, mediation and problem resolution skills. Must be metrics-driven. Have a background in quantitative decision making, ability to drive business/operations metrics, and driving adoption of different tools and resources. Attention to detail and capability to work on multiple projects in parallel. Track record of successfully delivering projects on time, to scope, with high quality. Independently driven, resourceful, and able to deliver results with minimal direction. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with developers, business owners, and senior business leaders. High sense of ownership, urgency, and drive. Ability to prioritize in an ambiguous environment. Ability to work with technology teams and operations teams Master s degree in a relevant field Experience in the ecommerce or related areas Curiosity to dig several layers deep into metrics, have an innate desire to understand key drivers and whether they are the correct or best metrics to measure / manage a business or process Diversified experience with entire product lifecycle Proven ability to make smart feature versus time-to-market trade-offs
