Job Description

  • Creates high quality working software
  • Features driven development in an agile approach
  • Lead (scrum master role) sprint planning, daily stand-up meetings, sprint reviews, sprint retrospectives and backlog refinement. Contributes to continuous improvement of the team, software and processes
  • Designs, codes, documents, tests (automated), maintains and deploys software
  • Supports DevOps in deploying software
  • Sets, monitors and ensures to meet own performance metrics
  • Defines, monitors and meets performance and quality metrics
  • Provides technical solutions that conform to requirements with a strong focus on end-users, high quality (QMS/regulatory standards), performance, safety and security
  • Keeps abreast of technical knowledge by studying and implementing state-of-the-art programming techniques and development tools, participating in educational opportunities, participating in communities of practice, reading professional publications and maintaining personal networks Key performance indicators
  • Goal Success: Success rate in (self-) selected metrics/targets and other goals with aspects of: - Software development productivity - Quality - Predictability Sustainability

You are a part ofThe Health Suite Digital Platform is an open, cloud-based healthcare platform that will support data collection across the spectrum from clinical to consumer lifestyle, allowing for integration and analysis of big data from multiple sources worldwide, including electronic medical records, diagnostic and treatment information, images, reports, notes, wearables and Philips connected consumer lifestyle products. The platform will utilize Philips clinical data models and medical device interoperability and is designed to be highly scalable with built-in comprehensive data security and privacy/permission control.To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience10+ years progressive work related experience with demonstrated proficiency in multiple disciplines/ technologies/processes related to the position.Ability to work in multi-disciplinary, multi-cultural teams.Proven ability to balance concurrent activities.Strong knowledge and experience in software development in an Agile environment.Good understanding of benchmark software engineering practicesExperience with medical device software development desirableExcellent communication skills.
