We are hiringSr Manager Production Planning for an Electric vehicle manufacturing company at Bangalore.Candidate must have 10 to 15 years of similar job experience in same industires.BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.Team handling skills - Able to manage On roll & contract staff and guide the team towards Organizational goalsStrong analytical skill & Decision-making skillPro-active approach in identification of risk/issues and highlight it right time with solutionAdvanced MS office skillDevelop metrics/dashboard/report to monitor the statusRisk management.Production plan generation (Monthly/Day wise)MRP & ensure the timely ordering / arrangement of parts to meet production needs without any line stoppage.Inventory management of Production parts. Accuracy of stock between System Vs PhysicalCustomer Interface for Export order operations managementDelivery management of Parts & Products (Domestic & Overseas)Warehouse operations managementDefine the Repacking requirements to meet the line side storage of partsMonitor & Assess the Service quality of 3PL service providerEnsure the operations managed through any ERP systemSupport to prepare the Training & Process document for major activitiesEnsure continuous improvement in the operations (Kaizens / Cost savings ideas etc.)
