Job Description

TA Manager Role 12 plus years of experience.
Lead R&D Hiring. Lead team of 2 people.
Will be supported by sourcing team and RPO.
Team Lead on paper also will do as far as the Candidate has strong Comm skills Talent Acquisition experience overall
strategy building
Forecasting, Hiring plan, Requisition and role prioritization.
Multiple Stakeholder mgt
Team Mgt
Have to drive 300-400 roles in a year.
Assessing the Candidate on phone by raising few Questions.
How he will manage the R&D hiring for a Pharma Based Company
How does he analyze the HRMS tools does he has hands on with People soft HRMIS
Company uses Workday so has he used if not still OK if he has the other ATS appl knowledge
Overall, he has to have good exposure to R&D hiring
Only we need to consider from Multinational Company or bigger Organization from similar industry for this role. Candidates needs to have experience in managing large scale hiring.
