The Technical Project manager will help analyze, define, manage, and in some cases execute the tasks required to drive successful product development initiatives and business processes. This may mean diving into a new technology or development initiative and determining how to integrate it into existing teams, processes or code. Or it might be defining and managing a complex, cross-functional project that brings together a diverse group of departments to agree upon and execute an important organizational goal. There will be a mix of executing tactical tasks that enable strategic outcomes, and helping manage more technical projects to accelerate the productivity of our development teams. This role will cover a wide range of skills and domains. An ideal candidate would be someone who enjoys variety, likes travelling learning curves, and loves organizing the Plan of attack .The ideal candidate must have passion for solving complex and interesting process problems in the area of systems integrations, high volume data processing and large-scale system design. As a member of the Unity Development team, you will assist in planning / scheduling / managing risks in developing new releases of software, provide leadership in implementing and following Agile / Scrum principles to our software developers, and implement changes to existing processes to meet changing needs. Requirements:

• 12+ years BS/MS/PhD in computer science or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years as Technical Program Management
• Leadership in an Agile Development/SCRUM organization.
• Outstanding partnership skills.
• High standards for quality of work with the ability to know when good enough is good enough.
• Ability to define and manage complex projects (Be the leader responsible for our Scrum of Scrum deliveries).
• Ability to communicate effectively to a wide range of stakeholders to prioritize work, remove barriers, and keep organizational focus.
• Ability to turn broad statements of direction into actionable, achievable outcomes.
• Familiarity with DevOps process.
• Hands-on programming/debugging skills a big plus.
