Join us to re-define this age-old industry.About the teamThe Plutus core team is organized as a multi-functional lean team of A players from Product, Engineering, Marketing, Growth Hacking, Design and UX, supported by an exceptional Support and Operations team.Scope of the roleThe Product Management team for Plutus Credit is responsible for conceptualising, validating and launching digital credit products for Zeta s banking customers, starting with credit cards. In doing so, the Product Manager will work closely with banks and fintechs to define, launch, grow and scale the usage of these products, which will be powered by Zeta s technology infrastructure.What is the job like

• Follow and apply product management principles and processes both from your experience and as defined at Zeta. This is a unique opportunity to shape the product management practices for a large organization from scratch.
• Bring and continue to build domain expertise, serve as a subject matter expert
• Understand product regulations for creating pitch docs to imagine and define products
• Work with product marketing to run customer surveys and interviews to validate product definitions
• Work with analytics team to measure feature performance, drive insights from existing data and with design team to build wireframes and high-fidelity mockups of customer flows
• Prioritize features to ensure must-haves over nice-to-haves and test features to ensure they actually do what you described
• Write crisp, clear and comprehensive epics and stories for engineering team to build flows, features and instrumentation Where required, participate in audits to ensure regulatory compliance
• Be a part of the early product core team of Plutus - an organization being built from scratch but already with a clear path contractually secured to acquire 20 million plus users.

Who should apply for this role

• MBA from a top-tier b-school or undergrad from a top-tier college, MBA not mandatory
• 4-8 years of work experience preferably into product management.
• Some experience in financial services (bank or fintech or technology service provider to banks) would be highly desirable.
• Has a point of view on what digital banking should look like
• Drives clarity with great communication skills
• Stubborn on outcomes, flexible on details
• Low ego cross-functional collaborator
• Desires to grow as a product professional and be mentored by seasoned PMs
