Job Description

    We are looking for a software tool developer with Polarion ALM experience in Immunoassay R&D. Within immunoassay R&D we focus on engineering solutions for point-of-care (POC) immunoassay testing. Our products enable caregivers working in acute care to make critical diagnostics decisions fast.Our product AQT90 FLEX offers a range of biomarkers, that cover myocardial infarction, heart failure, infection, venous thromboembolism, and pregnancy. In acute care situations, when time matters most, AQT90 FLEX analyzer delivers reliable quantitative results, supporting timely diagnosis and workflow efficiency. AQT90 FLEX is innovative medical device that combines chemistry, hardware, and software ability to provide the best patient outcomes. Intrigued The position is situated in Bengaluru, India. You will be actively working with R&D teams in Denmark, Finland & India. In this role, as a Polarion ALM developer, you will be responsible for the design, development, implementation, documentation and administration of Polarion ALM strategy to aid improved product development processes supporting a range of low to high complexity projectsII.Key Responsibilities Responsibilities:Develop sustainable ALM system solutions, by configuring the Polarion system and aligning with QMSWork with stakeholders to define solutions, ensuring alignment with business strategies and prioritiesTraining teams regarding tool usage, features and functionality including workflow and updates to quality instructions or policiesContinuous process improvements implementation, testing and validation of toolsAdministrative processes like license management, user creation, access management as well as project settingsWork with JIRA filters, reporting, dashboards, workflow, fields and JIRA administrationIII.Requirements for this position ( What the candidate can do) a) Formal educationBachelor s degree in software engineering or equivalentb) Must Have Competencies / Skills / ExperienceA software developer with 2-5 years of overall experienceHands-on experience with Polarion or similar ALM toolsHands-on experience in PowerBI, JIRA, ConfluenceAbility to design, build and configure applications to meet business requirementsExperience in Polarion configuration and administration (SDK, API, workflows, reports, templates, access, permissions, etc.)Experience with web applications, client-server architecture and Apache webserver.Experience with Java / J2EE / Java Script / HTML / CSS /XMLExperience with version control system like GIT, SVN, etcc) LanguageProficiency in English both written and verbald) Travel (required estimated % of time)Travel ~10% (Based on the business needs during the Non COVID times)e) OthersPolarion tool integration with other peripheral tools like Jira, etcProficient in Microsoft Office suiteExperience in a regulated industry such as medical device, automotive or aerospace.Knowledge of Quality management systems.Self-starter who drives pro-actively activities which are in own area of responsibility.Any working experience with database server
