Our work involves building high-performance, highly-available and reliable products that are deployed in distributed environments to offer services in SaaS modality. As a member of this team, you will share in the challenge and satisfaction of building enterprise-class services with a proven high degree of availability.Additionally, you will gain experience with a variety of cutting-edge technologies including: virtual personal assistants, supervised and unsupervised machine-learning, predictive analytics, speech recognition, natural language understanding, reasoning technologies, automated test frameworks, cloud and mobile computing technologies.Education, Years ofExperience & Our Office:

• Education:Bachelors or Master s Degree, preferably in ECE or CSE, from a reputed institution,
• 8 - 10 years of Core Telecom Product development experience in Telco domain like SBC ( Session Border Controller ), Media/Signaling Gateways, SIP Proxies etc.
• Work Location: Bengaluru / Hyderabad / Pune / Chennai

Who You Are:

• Must have hands on Experience in Voice over IP technologies. Ex: SIP, RTP, SS7 etc
• Must have worked with products like SBC ( Session Border Controller ), Media/Signaling Gateways, SIP Proxies etc.
• Strong CS fundamentals are a must. (Data structures, Algorithms, OS, Databases)
• Expert C++ programming experience
• Good in multi-threading based concepts, STL & multiple Design pattern
• Very good in Debugging, Good attitude, Analytical skill
• Good experience in Low level & System level design, system calls, System re-architecture
• Technologically savvy with excellent communication abilities is a must.
• Experience in developing high-performance distributed systems is a must.
• Exposure to open source technologies is required.
• Ability to weigh the pros and cons of different designs and select the most optimal one is a
• Experience and knowledge of cloud enabled services and applications are a plus.
• Good Knowledge of agile methodologies.
• Hands on experience in creating VXML or SCXML applications is a plus

• Drive the System architecture in Telecom infrastructure in Speech IVR product line.
• Own & contribute significantly in design of components and workflows.
• Work closely with product management to ensure were building the best products.
• Assist in the development of and implements standards for platform components.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Focused on delivering high quality results on time.
• Works with architects to ensure designs align with overall system architecture in Telecom infra in Speech ivr product line.
• Mentoring a team of engineers including design, development, deploy and code reviews
