• Demonstrates up-to-date expertise in Program or Project Management and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans
• Lead cross-functional teams spread across geography to deliver complex programs
• Define, monitor and improve critical to success metrics for the success of these programs
• Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints
• Plan and manage multiple parallel projects
• Drive Agile best practices and lead the required meetings.
• Identify, assess, track, and mitigate issues and risks at multiple levels
• Models compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity
• Drive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration, and commitment across multiple disparate groups with competing priorities.
• Apply best practices to the software development life cycle for projects based on experiences with a number of agile and blended approaches, as well effectively coordinating the implementations across teams using very different approaches
• Interact with project Sponsors, project Stakeholders and multiple business and technical teams to define and deliver complex features
• History of fostering strong cross-functional relationships between engineering, product, and business stakeholders
• Work very closely with various business stakeholders to drive the execution of multiple business plans and technologies
• Ensure consistent and transparent status updates with all stakeholders (engineering, Business, product, leadership)

Your Qualifications:

• An Engineering Degree - B.E/B.Tech/MS/PhD in any stream Computer Science preferred.
• 6+ years of Technical Program Management experience in a related industry.
• 15+ years of relevant work experience in internet-related program and/or technical program management in a software applications environment
• Experience building processes, project management, and release schedules.
• Strong project management & cross-group collaboration skills
• Prior experience with agile methodologies
• Solid understanding of the current web technologies and general ability to ramp up and go deep in based on need.
• Think creatively and critically about product features, architecture, and capabilities with innate curiosity and ability to self-start in an ambiguous and rapidly-changing startup environment,
• Good problem solving skills and ability to think strategically.
