    About the Company: Progcap is a Fintech and AI company that pioneers alternative credit scoring for small businesses using proprietary data from non-traditional sources. We aim to fuel credit to 100 million under-banked SMEs in the emerging markets worldwide with an initial focus on India. Progcap is building a digital bank for large retailers. Company is backed by Sequoia Capital and Tiger Global. It sits at the intersection SMB software and financial services and has blitzscaled since launch in under 3 years touching over 300K retailers. Company now wants to double down on its software offering building out the full range of business management products for its retailers - inventory management, billing, accounting, tax filing The Company is the recipient of the World Banks SME Global Product Innovation of the year , 2018 award. Roles & Responsibilities: - Responsible for Validation & Empanelment of Channel Partners- Responsible for conducting team huddles on a daily basis as per the process laid down. - Responsible for implementation and review of goal sheet and completion of sales target. - Accountable for acquisition and retention of Distributors and Retailers for achieving revenue targets as assigned by the organization through the sales team.- Develop and manage the relationship with key decision-makers of anchor company. - Explore new business opportunities from time to time. - Inter department liaising with various functions - Progcap program & concept pitch to anchor, distributor & retailer Business development and concept selling.- Responsible for Managing Distributors & Retailers while sourcing quality revenue.- Must be from White Goods/ Consumer Durables / Fintech/ Small appliances/ FMEG Vertical / Mobile Industry- Travel frequency - 50 to 70% a month KEY COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS: - Fluent English, Hindi & Regional language communication is mandatory - Good presentation skills are mandatory.
