Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Understand and analyse process
  • Analytical skillsets
  • Collect accurate metrics for measurement
  • Achieving productivity targets by maintaining the accuracy
  • Exhibit team work by taking up teams excess volumes
  • Responsible for the executing transactions at sub process level
  • Maintain high standards of Accuracy, Productivity & Timeliness
  • Responsible for meeting daily and monthly targets
  • Cater to ad hoc requirements of the process
  • Understand and perform process as being defined in SOPs and process maps.
  • Collect accurate metrics for measurement
  • Achieving productivity targets by maintaining the accuracy as per SLA
  • Set up/Amendment all Products in Client internal systems due to missing client records, New Set up requests and need for Amendment basis effect of Corporate Actions, System breaks with exchange or Marker data vendors, or within internal client systems
  • The set up/ Amendment request are across various products across the globe Markets US, APAC and EMEA.Responsible for identifying key issues that constraint STP of Static Reference Data within the bank and provide solutions around them.
