    • The Store manager is the primary representative of the business & acts as an interface between the customer & company.
    • Experience required 3-5 years in reputed jewellery retail store as store manager / assistant store manager.
    • Expertise in handling day to day jewellery retail store operations.
    • Responsible for pushing sales, handling customer relationship & great team player.
    • Computer skill and understanding of store reports.
    • Achieving sales targets.
    • Inventory management & coordination with merchandising team for existing & new product requirement.
    • Customer acquisition and retention
    • Handling BTL activities outdoor marketing activities and in-store activities.
    • Monitor market trends & local competition.
    • Drive periodic in-store training programs.
    • Ensure customer complaints are handled with sense of urgency & good judgement.
    • Ensure timely service to customers.
    • Manage implementation of store merchandising plans, promotional programs & pricing strategies.
    • Educate team member about the latest company policies and offers.
    • Maintain store visual merchandising standards.
    • Conduct daily meetings with store staff for business development of store.
    • Maintaining daily cash flow and conduct periodical audit of stock, exchange, repairs, buyback & slow moving stock.
