Job Description

Customer Solution Centers are made up of teams that provide remote (offsite) service; customer access, pre-sales, post-sales, and service delivery. Technical teams focus is to solve various business systems and applications problems for customers, onsite engineering personnel and Authorized Service Providers on standard, specialized or complex systems.As IT Strategic Technical Advisor you will understand customer requirement and objectives, advice on emerging technology solutions and help achieve customer goals. Provides technical leadership and Business acumen across emerging technologies (DevOps, Application Engineering, Cloud, BigData, AI/ML and Edge/IoT during presales and complex development projects. Helping customers understand how technology can help their digital transformation journey. Developing and executing strategic plan, articulate prospective solution offerings to expand our customer base.Responsibilities

  • Technologist with 5+ Years of experience in (DevOps, Cloud, BigData, AI/ML, Security, BlockChain, 5G) and overall experience of 10+Years as Technical advisor.
  • Partner with clients to understand their business needs and objectives
  • Executive / C-Level Emerging Technology Adoption, Guiding on IT Operation optimization.
  • Engage and Influence from Top Level management to IT execution team on ground.
  • Understanding of strategic IT solutions
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
  • Expand customer based with prospective solutions and help customer meet their objectives.
