Job Description

    Co Profile : Technology led B2B ecommerce companyRole : Strategy ManagerReporting : Head Business Finance & OPEXResponsibilities :- Strategic planning - translation of the strategic plan into the annual plan and hands-on execution of specific projects- Collaborate on the design, development, maintenance, and delivery/presentation of forecasting models, metrics, reports, analyses, and dashboards to drive key business decisions for the organization- Study market and competitive landscape and identify new initiatives to grow the business- Drive the annual goals, budgeting and ongoing forecasting processes for the company- Ensure reports contribute to business insight and decision-making, and minimize overall report burden- Work across various teams and stakeholders to design comprehensive business processes that cover all with a focus on growth, financial impact and operational efficiency- Scale services and tools - design processes and procedures that scale with the business- growth in volume, complexity, and geographiesRequirements & Qualifications :- Strong business-process design experience- Exhibits sound business judgment, a proven ability to influence others, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record of taking ownership, leading data-driven analyses, and influencing results- Able to operate successfully in a lean, fast-paced organization- Able to create a vision and organization that can scale quickly- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of presenting to senior management- At least 6 years experience in a senior leadership role in Finance, Operations, Business Development, or other related fields,
