Job Description

    1. Portfolio management, evolving go to market strategy execution, business model evolution, business development including strategic alliances, channel partners (worldwide Bosch ).
    2. Collaborate with diverse teams to develop a deep understanding of Bosch and global customers and help build right set of offerings and business models that are future proof.
    3. Contributions should directly & indirectly translate to portfolio and service expansion, translating to business area growth.
    4. Collaborate with technical teams and marketing teams to fine tune/create the portfolio and service areas in line with Industry standards
    5. Work towards developing a dominant position in identified niche market areas by focused actions and measures (both tactical and strategic)
    The Data and Applied Intelligence Practice within BGSW comprises of three distinctive sub areas with clear P&L responsibilities:
    • Data Insights, Analytics inclusive and not limited to Data Engineering development and their forays (focus on Data lake on cloud , BigData )
    • Data Science including AI , ML , NLP and also covering Automation development and their GTM
    • Block Chain and Computer Vision offerings to Global Clientele
    Relevant Experience:
    • Professional with 4+ years work experience
    • Experience in managing bids and preparing the appropriate pitches for customer acquisitions
    • Exceptionally self-motivated and directed - Have high energy to lead by being a key enabler
    • Possess strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills - defend ideas with objectivity (drives issue resolution).
    • Strong written, verbal and communication skills including business writing & presentation.
    • Someone with Entrepreneur mind set and understands a start-up culture
    • Someone with positive attitude and desire to break traditional barriers in Data and Applied Intelligence Practice
    • Bring topics to closure based on the identifying topics for growth
    • Exceptionally good in presentation skills and also fine tuning of Data and related services
