Job Description

    Strategy and Planning LeaderThe CX Lifecycle Solutions organization brings together CX Product Management and CX Go-to-Market (GTM) teams into a unified, comprehensive, and powerful model. Our organization is passionate about designing, delivering, and enabling innovation and growth of our Cisco and CX portfolio of lifecycle solutions and service offers.CX Programs resides within the GTM team and as a Strategy and Planning Leader in CX Programs, you will directly lead strategic project and program efforts specifically identified by senior leadership. You will be responsible for program definition and planning, execution, and alignment with relevant collaborators across Cisco.You are a passionate, high performer who strives to tackle complex problems and drive long lasting impactful change. You naturally build relationships and quickly gain the trust of others. You enjoy a fast pace, do not shy away from ambiguity, and have a strong desire to shape the success of Cisco by delivering faster time to value for our partners and customers.Who You Will Work WithCX Programs drives the cross-domain programs that simplify CX Lifecycle Services. We build strong foundations for program success by supporting incubation, driving acceleration, and ensuring readiness to scale. Our program efforts are focused on the most strategic and critical priorities in the CX Lifecycle Solutions organization. Our programs are global and in support of Partner and Direct Customer engagements. We support the incubation and acceleration of new service offers and platform capabilities.You will join an outstanding, impactful, fast-paced team passionate about ensuring the successful and timely execution of strategic projects.Who You Are:
    • You possess strong leadership skills
    • You have experience developing roadmaps, program and project plans
    • You can represent the interests of your organization while working cross-functionally across Cisco
    • Your communication and facilitation skills are outstanding, and you develop trust at all interpersonal levels
    • You partner closely with Senior Leaders to ensure collaboration and alignment across the team and eliminate overlap
    • You can lead meetings with team members to move forward key tasks and advance significant process bottlenecks
    • You can provide effective counsel on complicated organizational matters, programs and projects while facilitating effective and efficient decision-making
    • You are a trusted advisor and subject matter authority on your program
    Minimum Requirements:
    • 15+ years of meaningful work experience with growing responsibility
    • Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communications skills
    • People management skills
    • Experience leading Data Center/Network Operations within large, complex high availability environments to be able to speak to the voice of the customer
    • Knowledge of network management industry trends
    • Knowledge of Software Develop Lifecycle, DevOps, and Quality Assurance processes is key
    • Experience with Sales, Customer Success, Product Management, Customers, Partners, Engineering, and Services a plus
    • ITIL certification a plus (not required)
    • Bachelors degree (MBA preferred but not required)
    • Software Upgrade Lifecycle experience a plus
