Job Description

Supply Chain AnalystThis role has been designated as Edge , which means you will primarily work outside of an HPE office.Hewlett Packard Enterprise advances the way people live and work. Using current programming language and technologies, writes code, completes programming, and performs testing and debugging of applications. Completes documentation and procedures for installation and maintenance. May interact with users to define system requirements and/or necessary modifications.Responsibilities:

  • The Supply Chain Management Domain Expert (SME) functions as a thought leader who represents our Planning COE and applies her/his expertise in addressing core business problems in Supply Chain Management space and delivers implementable, cost effective solutions with a future state aligned point-of-view.
  • Understands, articulates, and implements best practices and lean six-sigma practices related to their area of expertise.
  • Depending on the nature of the business problem, the subject matter expert may lead or be an active participant of a work-group with the need for specialized knowledge.
  • Provides guidance on how their area of capability can resolve an organizational need, and actively participates in all phases of the software development life cycle.
  • Leads complex business problem analysis (RCA) using statistical Supply Chain Management methods and drives solution delivery using PoC strategy.
  • Applies the highest level of management and leadership skills as an influencer and effectively collaborates with business
Education and Experience Required:
  • Education: BE (Industrial Engineering) Or MBA from reputed institutions
  • Experience: 5-10 yearsLocation: Bangalore, India
Knowledge and Skills:
  • Deep understanding of the Supply Chain Domain Supply Planning, Demand Planning & Network Optimization, Statistical Forecasting
  • implications of emerging technologies for the wider business environment.
  • Strong in Process & Optimization methodologies and Data Analytics
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with engineering bent of mind.
  • Extensive knowledge of Excel, Power BI Access, and high-level modeling tools.
  • Knowledge of Python will be an added advantage
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills; mastery in English and local language.
  • Excellent team and project management skills, including project structuring.
  • Strong business acumen and technical knowledge across multiple business units, with an understanding of emerging trends.
  • Applicants with Supply Chain Domain Certification (APICS CSCP etc) will be preferred
