Job Description

Driver assistance and automated driving is a megatrend in the mobility business. It has the potential to completely reshape how mobility works within the next 10 years. We are looking for leaders who want to take part in this journey, shape technology, find new paths and guide the teams.Your specific responsibilities are:
- Providing a technology vision for ADAS domain and team
- Mentoring of associates and contribution to competency and career development
- Bring in automation initiatives in ADAS product area
- Support business acquisition, in topics of Technical Analysis, Estimation, Offer Review, explore opportunities co-operatively with stakeholders.
- Shape the team to be prepared for the changes coming with ML, Virtualization & SIL
- Drive design discussions with expert community, architects, and stakeholders
- Lead the technical team integrating AUTOSAR BSW and ASW stack into the AD System HW/Software platform
- Technically handcraft the various platform software deliveries to meet the Functional Safety/Product requirements
- Proactively derive and implement measures based on customer feedback
