Job Description

    • Project Role :IT Service Management Coordinator
    • Project Role Description :Deliver Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) service operations processes of problem, change, configuration, incident and release management. Specialize in the delivery of one of the processes, or provide management and coordination across multiple processes.

    • Job Requirements :
        • Key Responsibilities : -Analyze and assess the impact and risk of low to medium risk changes on high profile production databases -Resolve medium criticality incidents on production databases and Sybaseinstances across landscape -Install, configure, patch and maintain Sybase -Creation of SOPs for the recurring activities
        • Technical Experience : - 3-4 years of strong database DBA Experience in Sybase and MSSQL -Experience in Installing, Patching and Maintaining Sybase ASE, MSSQL -Understanding of HA, DR concepts -Reviewing health of databases on daily basis -Adhoc backup and restore operations for non-prod database refresh -understanding of using dbcc commands, housekeeping utilities etc -Experience on ticketing tools like Service now, BMC Remedy etc
        • Professional Attributes : -Good verbal and written communication skills to connect with customers at varying levels of the organization -Ability to work based on the SOPs/Runbooks available along with guidance where required -Flexible to work in 24/7 shift
        • Educational Qualification : Bachelors degree
      • Additional Information : Good to have -ITIL V3/V4 Foundation certified -Basic knowledge on Cloud
