  • Develop a deep understanding of various applications and their components used in the business applications ecosystem within the organization.
  • Understand and deploy various configuration options in enterprise applications basis organizational needs and specifications.
  • Work with OEMs/TSPs to understand best practices of using their products.
  • Work with training teams to help in creating training material.
  • Assist in evaluating applications and their functionality.
  • Assist in creating POCs and Sandboxes.
  • Maintain and manage various integration interfaces between various business applications, manage middleware software.
  • Help in creating and maintaining documentation.
  • Analyze problems, diagnose, and facilitate fixing bugs when required.
  • Proactively monitor environments and applications.
  • Ensure license compliance at all times.
  • Work with the Procurement team to ensure renewals happen on time.
  • Track Usage patterns for cost optimization
Who should apply for this role
  • Preferably B.E. or B. Tech in computer science.
  • Experience is technical management / administration of enterprise applications.
  • Experience in administration of productivity / collaboration applications such as Atlassian products, Microsoft Products (ERP, Sharepoint), Productivity tools like Enterprise Chat, Google Workspace, LMS.
  • 10 to 12 years of experience in (at least 6-8 years of relevant experience)
  • - A tech enabled startup (preferable)
  • - Product companies system integrators
  • - Someone who has worked in large corporates managing productivity software.
  • Problem solver and an attitude to learn.
  • Go getter and who loves challenges.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (both oral and written).
  • Team Management.
