3-5 years of experience managing BroadCom Automic or Control M Enterprise scheduling tool1. Performs operational functions within the Automic Workload Automation interface including but not limited to:Restart jobs and workflows.Start ad hoc jobs and workflows.Cancel and deactivate workflows.Cancel and unblock jobs.Place workflows on hold and remove holds.Set jobs inactive.Start and stop queues.Adjust start times.Check status of jobs and workflows.Search for use function.Access job logs.Set job and workflow schedules on and off.Work in multiple environments such as production and pre-production.2. Performs operational functions within APSAdvisor including but not limited to:Select workflows to view and evaluate.Perform drill down functions in interface to pull job and workflow statuses and logs.Work in multiple environments such as production and pre-production.3. Assist customers in self-service use/understanding of APSAdvisor application interface4. Exercise due diligence in analyzing customer requests checking for accuracy and validity and determine what effect the action will have on current and future (down-stream) processes.5. Exceptional attention to detail with understanding of the potential impact/consequences of a mistake.6. Works with limited to moderate supervision, strong work ethic.7. EXCEPTIONAL written and verbal communication skills, able to communicate to all levels and audiences with confidence and authority on matters relating to Workload Automation Operations.8.
