Job Description

    We are currently seeking a Systems Administration Senior Analyst to join our team in Bangalore, Karn taka (IN-KA), India (IN).
    • Microsoft Windows Server Engineer design, install, evaluate new solutions and recommend and innovate with the client team
    • Extensive knowledge of Windows Server 2016/2019/2022
    • Knowledge of Infinidat, Rubrik, Zerto, M365 Systems is a strong plus
    • Strong understanding of and experience with virtualization technologies: VMware
    • Strong knowledge of RDS, IIS, Office 365, ADFS, DFS, and Azure AD integration with Office 365
    • Strong knowledge of deploying various windows server architectures, including multiple domain controller networks, DFS, branch caching, Windows clustering, remote desktop services
    • Solid experience with Windows Server Administration including Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS and Terminal Servers
    • Strong knowledge of troubleshooting Windows Server and VMware issues
    • Strong knowledge of deploying various virtual and physical server configurations
    • Strong knowledge of physical and virtual hardware monitoring, VROPS, Splunk a plus, as well as BMC Truesight
    • Good practical experience with backup and recovery software and methodologies
    • Microsoft Office M365 and any Azure Portal Navigation a plus
    • Active Directory (in Azure and On-Prem)
    • Day to Day operational support for Microsoft Windows Servers running across two On-Premise data centers using VMWare/VCenter
    • Perform IT System security analysis and remediation as determined using network scans and vendor security recommendations
    • Provide tier 2 & tier 3 support and serve in an on-call rotation with other engineers
    • Be able to respond quickly 24X7 to on-call requests for major incidents
    • Be involved in the Disaster Recovery table top tests, along with production failover simulations using bubble tests (Zerto)
    • ITIL Foundations V4 Certification a plus
    • As new systems are implemented may be required to lead a team to complete all aspects of the project from design to implementation to decommission
    • 5+ years of strong PowerShell Scripting experience
    • 5+ years VMware ESX administration
    • Recent experience with VMWare VROPS for analysis and validation of health in VM s
    • 2-5 years Enterprise Application Server Administration
    Other Basic Qualifications:
    • Must be able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
    • Must be able to work independently with little supervision both onsite and remote
    • Must be able to set own direction in ongoing day to day operations and migration projects
    • Must be able to work alongside onsite and remote team providing senior level direction
    • Must handle multiple tasks and projects with various levels of priority
    • Strong customer service focus and sense of urgency
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
    • Strong ITIL and ITSM Knowledge, Service Now a plus
    • Must able to relate technical communications issues clearly, both orally and in writing to non-technical individuals
    • Must able to provide measurable customer satisfaction and quality service
    • Willing to learn and able to adapt to new technology when necessary
