Job Description

    Job Role- Talent Acquisition Specialist.Experience 6 to 8 years.Location- Bangalore.Contractual Period.Job DescriptionManages the end to end recruitment process including consulting with HR and business partners to identify staffing needs. Design and implement attraction strategies, define clear job skill specifications, internal and external sourcing, candidate screening, background checks and offer completion. Contributes towards global strategic programs, policies, platforms, services, and tools that enable the company to align staffing with the workforce plans. Drives programs in areas such as workforce redeployment and university hiring. Responsible for designing and implementing attraction strategies. Ensures local staffing practices are compliant with global/regional initiatives and legal requirements, and meet business priorities such as diversity objectives.Responsibilities:
    • Establishes and maintains relationships with key decision-makers within a business and region. Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer/partner expectations through a deep understanding of talent pool.
    • Conduct in-depth interviews of potential candidates within the framework of the position specification. Screen, interview and prepare an ideal candidate slate within an appropriate and consistent timeline and maintain high interview-to-offer ratios.
    • Work with the business, HR, and Total Rewards to determine appropriate salary ranges and negotiate compensation with candidates.
    • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and on-going relationship management
    • Drives the achievement of the hiring targets for their sub- region, including time to fill, cost per hire, graduate, diversity
    • Supervises the beginning to end staffing process within the sub-region; designs regional sourcing strategies in collaboration with sub-region leads; and troubleshoots and manages any escalations to senior management.
    • Uses advanced business knowledge and subject matter expertise to design the hiring and talent attraction strategy within a sub-region.
    • Prior experience & exposure to having worked on Applicant Tracking System (Workday / Taleo / Success factor) is a must.
    Desired Skill Required
    • Full time Bachelors/Masters Degree
    • 6 8 years of related experience in full-cycle recruiting, hands on sourcing and employment branding
    • Proficient in the use of social media and job boards
    • Ability to understand the duties and competencies of different roles
    • Preferred prior work experience supporting hiring demand in a Manufacturing and/or Engineering Industry
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
