Job Description

    Overview:Mission:To create one, unique tech-enabled, organized retail model for the entire Indian mass ecosystem that solves for the affordability of the middle Indian customers through high-quality, low-priced essentials while providing a platform for small, regional and national manufacturers to offer their products at best margins.Key Responsibilities:Driving the full spectrum of recruiting and selection activitiesCreating and implementing talent acquisition strategies for leadership, mid-career and graduate hiringDesigning and driving the adoption of consistent recruiting, interviewing, and hiring practices that support a strong candidate experiencePartnering with leaders within the organization to track ongoing hiring needs of their businessManaging end-to-end recruitment for Mid-senior & senior rolesDefining and driving team to meet and exceed hiring benchmarks relating to time to fill, cost per hire, diversity hiring and hiring manager and candidate satisfactionDefining and leading projects focused on continuous improvementstreamlining recruitment process, negotiation, onboarding.Create a roadmap to companys goals Vs achievement.Works with the business unit leaders to define and document hiring forecasts.Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies.Skill Requirements:Strong experience in talent acquisitionStrong knowledge and background in non tech hiringGood to have experience in E-Commerce platformExcellent interpersonal & communication skillsAbility to build relationships with & influence stakeholdersSkills:talent acquisition
