Job Description

Wipro has an exciting opportunity for a Recruiter to join the Global Strategic Hiring and Redeployment team. We are seeking exemplary recruiters with the aptitude to deliver against business requirements.The Recruiter will be working closely with the top leadership. We are looking for someone who will be hands-on, can manage senior stake holders, help drive employer branding and serve as the true talent consultant. The three primary elements of the role are:

  1. Responsible for senior stakeholder relationship management and satisfaction.
  2. Responsible for market intelligence and market mapping within the scope of work.
  3. Jointly responsible for innovation & process excellence oversight with the team.
Additional responsibilities:Searching for (using various market mapping, Internet sources and referral techniques) qualified candidatesScreening and presenting viable candidates based on detailed job descriptions and the fitment to the roleScheduling interviews, briefing and debriefing candidatesUnderstanding technology and the marketplaceNetworking with candidates and hiring managersLeverage innovative and social networking sourcing techniques to identify passive candidates and to build a pipeline of candidates based on the needs of the business.Roles & Responsibilities:Qualifications:Management Consultancy and Internal Recruitment expertise are desirable (both as a customer and as a supplier will be an advantage)10+ Years in the recruitment Industry/Executive HiringA consultative sales mindset and approach, and collaborative in attitudeStrong Interpersonal Skills proven record of building and maintaining relationships at senior (CXO and CXO-1) levelsPG degree in Human ResourcesDemonstrated experience creating and executing a creative, metrics-driven recruiting strategyAbility to adapt to changing prioritiesAbility to be a consultant to executives while rolling up sleeves to do detailed tasksAdditional Skills:Mandatory Skills:Stakeholder Interaction:,
