We empower the original mobile device: YOU!What were looking for:The Talent Development Specialist provides high quality planning and delivery for Learning Programs that are vital to Citrix s success. The Talent Development Delivery Specialist will support the People and Organization Capability team in the planning and delivery of a diverse range of programs as defined by the needs of the business. Overall, this important role is responsible for creating a seamless, professional learning and development experience for Citrites.Primary Accountabilities

  • Partners with senior People and Organization Capability team members, the local HRBP community, and key stakeholders to ascertain the needs of the business Primarily focusing on driving adoption of Professional Development Learning Roadmap.
  • Facilitates and/or coordinates the delivery of new hire onboarding sessions, as required
  • Facilitates delivery of in-person Instructor Led Training (ILT) and technology driven Virtual Instructor Led Training (VILT) classes for employees across multiple geos, supports coordination and delivery of management training in partnership with senior level People and Organization Capability team members.
  • Manages relations with existing vendors by being the first point of contact for them
  • Works in partnership with Instructional Designers to adapt and tailor our global programs as appropriate for different audiences whilst maintaining global efficiencies gained through standardization
  • Works with others across the People & Organization Development team, to ensure global consistency of programs, with a local feel where needed
  • Works with the Talent Development Operations team to ensure up-to-date, accurate information is held and maintained within the Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Works with others in the People and Organization Capability team to ensure maximum participation numbers and minimum cancellations of programs.
  • Supports the assessment of learning impact by collecting and analyzing post course data, working with the Talent Development Operations team. Provides the data to our Director, Talent Capability & Development and People and Organization Capability leadership team, who will use this to drive decisions with stakeholders.
  • Provides training and support to global LMS users
  • Facilitates and supports delivery of training from other HR functional areas and training of fundamental HR training topics to employee population.
  • Is accountable for all course logistics, including coordination of classrooms, materials and related accompaniments ensuring that every session is a success
  • Leads, supports and partners on special projects, as needed, following direction from the project leader or Director, Talent Capability & Development
Qualifications (knowledge, skills, abilities)
  • High degree of Organization Skills and Time Management
  • Exceptionally articulate and concise verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong facilitation skills (in both classroom and virtual delivery)
  • Ability to present a professional image
  • Ability to analyze simple qualitative and quantitative data

  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to give and receive constructive feedback, ability to interact and partner with people at all levels and locations
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, LMS Software and other HR Systems
Functional / Technical Requirements (include Education, Certifications, Training)
  • Degree preferred
  • 4 6 years experience in learning and development
  • Significant experience in delivering training courses to a variety of different audience
